Author awarded honor in Kansas City writing competition!
August 7, 2009, Kansas City, Missouri - Kaite Stovel, Head of Readers' Services at Kansas City Public Library awards an Honorable Mention to author Duane Porter for his dark supernatural short story "The Vending Machine."
